The Neenah-Menasha YMCA is hiring part-time Membership Associates. Membership staff greet members, provide tours of the Y and help members & guests with registrations & reservations. This is ideal position for individuals who make an impact delivering amazing customer service.
This is a part-time position with shifts on Tuesdays & Thursdays, late afternoons & until closing. Additional hours are available within other departments at the Y!
Requirements- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office is preferred but not required.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to speak bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.
