Position Summary
Assists management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, and providing direction and guidance on member service approaches and techniques. Ensures member complaints and issues are resolved per company guidelines, maintains compliance with company policies, supports the Open Door Policy, and participates in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promotion, coaching, and evaluation of associates.
Maintains safety of the facility through safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposal of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions to management.
Supports the Sam’s Club e‑commerce plan by overseeing operations of e‑commerce programs such as Club Pick Up, Ship From Cl... Auditing online customer feedback, resolving complaints, escalating unresolved issues, identifying trends, and implementing solutions. Supervises associates supporting e‑commerce programs by training, providing resources, assigning duties, and ensuring coverage at the pickup location.
Executes the Sam’s Club Pickup plan, updates operations with key performance indicators, audits customer orders for accuracy, ensures equipment readiness, and monitors club pickup strategy. Provides member service, identifies member needs, and resolves issues while promoting company products and services. Maintains sales floor and merchandise presentation per company policy, including handling claims, returns, zoning, stocking, and organizing displays. Oversees picking and staging of pickup orders and implements processes that meet business needs through collaboration, monitoring progress, and addressing improvement opportunities.
Promotes compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethics by demonstrating principles, correcting issues, and modeling Walmart values. Leads and participates in teams, shares resources, determines priorities, coordinates assignments, and models adaptability to change. CompensationThe hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
