Additional Compensation:
Annual or quarterly performance incentives, and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.

Vision associates focus on supporting customers in the eye care center. They verify prescription information, aid in customers’ purchasing decisions, and complete lens and eyewear orders. Responsibilities may vary based on state regulations and licensing.
