Assistant Store Manager - Soma

Soma Intimates - 4301 West Wisconsin Avenue - Responsibilities:
Analyzes sales reports and KPIs to determine business needs and, in partnership with the Store Manager, executes in-store sales strategies.;
Establishes and communicates clear expectations, holding store team and themselves accountable for achieving brand, performance, and behavior standards.;
Controls payroll and supply budget.;
Performs and oversees basic operational activities such as scheduling, shrink audits, physical inventory, opening and closing duties, time sheet reviews, and payroll accuracy documents, and merchandise flow processes.;
Ensures compliance with policies including loss prevention, and conducts associate training to reinforce proper controls.
