What You'll Be Up To:

Chatting with customers and helping them find the right wellness products
Running the cash register and navigating tablets/tech like a pro
Keeping the store looking fresh, stocked, and ready to impress
Lifting, moving, kneeling, and squatting—we call it “paid exercise”
Sharing product knowledge and making smart suggestions (hello, upsells!)
Contributing to team goals and high-fiving when we hit them
Opening and closing the store (like a boss)
Joining lunch-and-learns (yep, free food + wellness education = winning)
Attending the occasional fun community event to promote NHC

Starting Hourly Rate: $18.00/hour
RARE Bonus Program:
Wellness Store Sales Associates are eligible for the RARE Bonus Program, which includes:

$500 bonus after successfully completing six months of employment.
Additional $250 performance bonus for new associates who reach the maximum threshold in each component of the Store Associate Scorecard.

Qualifications When You’ll Work:

We’re open 7 days a week, and this role is part-time with hours ranging from 8:45am to 7:15pm, with rotating weekend shifts required.

Mon–Fri: 9 AM – 7 PM
Sat: 9 AM – 5 PM
Sun: 10 AM – 4 PM

You may be scheduled up to 15 minutes before or after hours for open/close.

What You’ll Need:

Be at least 18 years old
Passion for wellness and nutrition
Excellent customer service and retail skills
Positive, “can-do” energy
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Background check and drug screen (we’re all about safety)
