Integrated with trusted tools like Hover, Eagle View, and leading CRMs, our platform ensures continuity and efficiency during the sales process. We provide hands-on onboarding and expert support to ensure our clients success in the fast-paced home improvement industry.
LOOK Implementation Team:
Who our customers are:
Home improvement companies (referred to as dealers). Implementation also works closely with lenders.
- Kick Off Calls (1-4/week):
Calls with newly signed dealers to go over the next steps in setting up their lenders, scheduling trainings, uncovering any challenges/puzzles that need to be figured out ahead of their launch. - 1
LOOK Admin Trainings (1-4/week):
Training of Admin/Office teams covering the back side of the financing process using a premade presentation. - 1
LOOK Sales Trainings (1-4/week):
Training of the dealer sales team covering the front end of the financing process from taking the application to activating loans using a premade presentation. - Stip chasing:
Lender applications require certain documents (stips) and information. Stip chasing is mainly done via email but sometimes calling is necessary. - Lender applications:
Completing lender applications on behalf of dealers using the information they provided OR sending out application links when it applies. - Documentation:
Updating the Monday project board for onboarding tracking, Hub Spot, and any applicable spreadsheets. - Communicating with dealers:
Most happens via email – includes scheduling kick off calls, sending out onboarding/lender information, chasing stips, 1
LOOK related questions, lender questions. - Internal team meetings:
Pipeline (updates on who is in the loop and any roadblocks), others as needed. - User creation:
Building 1
LOOK accounts for new launches. - Configuring lenders:
Inputting lender account numbers and programming 1
LOOK with their lender settings.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail; interpersonal skills to communicate via email, phone and on Zoom meetings; organizational skills; problem solving ability.
WORK ENVIRONMENTThis position is hybrid/remote. You will work with a talented team that is highly supportive and interactive using the best of breed technology and tools for communication, project management and customer service.
