Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect by using diplomacy and tact.;
Aides athletes by ascertaining their needs and directing them to the golf services area that most effectively meets their needs.;
Ensures each customer receives exceptional service leading to maximized sales by finding the right products, providing creative solutions, and resulting in dramatically improved performance.;
Demonstrate knowledge of all vendors equipment including heads, shafts, and grips.;
Support store services sales by educating the customer on the benefits of club fittings and club repair services available.
