We’re hiring an Experienced Commercial Construction Sales and Estimator to drive lead generation and close service and small-project work while delivering excellent customer communication. This role partners closely with operations to estimate jobs, win work, and keep clients informed from proposal through completion.
What you’ll do- Generate leads through calls, networking, email/marketing, referrals, and existing clients
- Review repair/project needs and create accurate estimates and proposals
- Follow up, negotiate, and close sales for service crews to complete the work
- Coordinate schedules and provide customer updates on progress
- Maintain CRM reporting/forecasting; support invoicing and past-due follow-up as needed
- Build strong relationships with customers, owners, suppliers, and internal teams
- 5+ years of commercial construction and/or industrial B2B sales experience
- Self-starter with strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/CRM tools
