Spencer Concrete is hiring a full-time Sales Representative in Appleton, WI to be the trusted face of Wisconsin's most respected concrete contractor. Our crews deliver the kind of work that closes itself once homeowners and builders see it — your job is to walk in confident, build real relationships, and turn quality craftsmanship into signed contracts.

This is a base salary plus uncapped commission role for someone enthusiastic, trustworthy, and forward-moving. We provide the leads, the reputation, and the support — you bring the hustle, the integrity, and the drive to grow. What You'll Be Doing:

• Meet with residential and commercial clients on-site to scope projects
• Generate new leads while working warm leads we provide
• Build accurate estimates in coordination with the Estimator
• Present bids and proposals, handle objections, and close sales with integrity
• Nurture repeat clients and referral relationships across Northeast Wisconsin
• Track activity, leads, and performance in our pipeline
• Hand projects off cleanly to operations for an exceptional client experience
• Represent Spencer Concrete in the community as a trusted local pro

What We're Looking For:

• Sales or client-facing experience (construction, home improvement, or service trades a strong plus)
• Self-starter who thrives on a base + commission structure
• Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills
• Trustworthy, honest, and confident handling objections
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required
• Goal-oriented and motivated to build long-term client relationships
• Comfortable walking job sites and reading basic plans

Pay & Perks:

• $45,000 base salary + uncapped commission on every closed deal
• $75,000–$140,000 realistic on-target earnings (top performers earn more)
