This full-time, on-site Salesperson role is based in Appleton, WI. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect furniture to meet their needs, providing an outstanding sales experience through knowledge of the product line and exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers in the showroom, understanding their needs, offering well-informed suggestions, demonstrating product features, and closing sales.

Additionally, the Salesperson will collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain an inviting showroom environment.

• Customer engagement and communication skills to provide exceptional service and build strong client relationships
• Sales skills to effectively understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales
• Ability to learn about the furniture industry and demonstrate in-depth product knowledge
• Team collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently
• A positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Previous experience in retail or furniture sales is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are an advantage
