Sales Executive
ADP is hiring a Sales Executive to lead a team of field-based Sales Representatives who sell ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients.
What you’ll do- Grow business and grow the team’s sales performance in the assigned geography, closing sales and reaching sales goals.
- Lead and motivate the sales team, ensuring use of the Salesforce Automation System and compliance with audit procedures.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales associates; provide performance feedback, coaching, and career development.
- Represent ADP in the field, at trade shows, demonstrations, and seminars, staying current on product technology.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with strong client interactions and presentation skills.
- Relationship builder who can motivate and coach a team.
- Integrity and commitment to deliver on promises.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- College degree preferred but not required; relevant experience includes two or more years of B2B sales, sales management, or military experience.
- Prior experience leading teams.

Base salary: $78,800 – $170,400 per year, with potential bonuses, equity, or commissions. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, matched retirement, wellness programs, disability, charitable contribution match, holidays, personal days & vacation, paid volunteer time off, and more.
Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state, and local laws.
