The Opportunity:Technical Sales Professional
We're seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Professional—a trusted advisor, educator, and strategic partner—to accelerate the adoption of AHV's groundbreaking technologies on farms. This is more than a sales role: you'll be the bridge between research and real-world results, guiding producers and their teams toward evidence-based protocols that enhance animal health, reduce antibiotic reliance, and support long-term sustainability.
You’ll work independently in the field, while collaborating closely with our technical service and marketing teams to deliver high-value education and support. Your scientific expertise and practical insight will build trust, shape conversations, and drive lasting change on the farm.
What You’ll Do- Consult & Educate:
Work directly with dairy producers, veterinarians, nutritionists, and consultants to interpret herd health challenges and recommend AHV's quorum-sensing disrupting solutions - Drive Adoption:
Guide farms in implementing preventative protocols based on biological and economic outcomes, ensuring real-world impact - Collaborate:
Partner with internal technical service and marketing teams to deliver compelling education and support tailored to each client - Build Relationships:
Cultivate deep, consultative partnerships by combining scientific credibility with practical, in-field insight - Champion Innovation:
Translate complex animal health science into actionable, trusted recommendations for producers and their teams
Education and Experience
- Master's degree or higher with a passion for education and field impact
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of dairy management/operations experience
- Experienced in dairy systems, herd health, transition periods, or metabolic challenges
- Motivated to work independently, yet thrive as part of a mission-driven team
- A natural communicator who can make complex science accessible and actionable for producers
- Eager to lead change and serve as a vital link between research and on-farm success

- Competitive base salary
- Lucrative commission scheme – monthly commission based on % of total gross sales. Prior quarters success determines following quarter's percentage. Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commission
