** Your Opportunity:
** As the Post Sales Account Specialist you will deliver customer service, account support, and order coordination that keeps the post sales experience running smoothly. You will drive customer satisfaction by connecting customers, sales, and production teams to meet delivery expectations and resolve issues quickly. This is your opportunity to step into a newly structured role within the Accurex sales support team where you can take ownership of the customer journey after the sale and make a real impact on retention and experience.
** What You'll Be Doing:
*** Respond to customer inquiries related to order status, shipping issues, and order changes
* Provide customer service support for technical and process related requests from customers and sales teams
* Coordinate with production and internal teams to align on order schedules and delivery requirements
* Partner closely with Account Managers to support accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
* Use CRM and internal systems to track orders, update account details, and manage workflows
* Proactively monitor accounts and projects to prevent delays or disruptions
* Resolve customer issues quickly by collaborating across internal teams and driving solutions
** What you’ll bring:
** Required
* Education:
Associate degree or equivalent experience
* Experience:
2 to 4 years in customer service, sales support, or account support Preferred
* Education:
Bachelor degree in business or related field
* Experience:
External customer service or account coordination experience
Software and/or Applications:
* Microsoft Office including Outlook Excel Word Power Point
* CRM systems
Additional experience desired:
* Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
* Problem solving and decision making skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
* Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams

The starting base pay range for this position is $62,685-$77,434and may vary based on factors such as job related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
