Facility Supplies, Jan San & Food service Disposables

Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, growing territories, and creating new business opportunities?

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to develop and expand our Wisconsin market. This role offers the opportunity to represent a diverse portfolio of leading manufacturers within the facility supplies, janitorial, sanitation, food service disposables, and packaging industries.

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys working independently, building strong distributor partnerships, conducting product demonstrations, and driving long-term territory growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow an established Wisconsin sales territory
  • Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, end users, and key decision‑makers
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout the territory
  • Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations
  • Collaborate with distributor partners to drive sales initiatives and market penetration
  • Maintain strong relationships with purchasing managers, operations leaders, owners, and executive‑level contacts
  • Represent multiple product lines across facility supplies, Jan San, food service disposables, and related categories
  • Track sales activity, customer opportunities, and territory growth initiatives
  • Meet and exceed territory sales and revenue goals
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of outside sales, territory management, account management, or business development experience
  • Experience with in one or more of the following industries preferred:
  • Janitorial & sanitation (Jan San)
  • Facility supplies
  • Packaging
  • Safety products
  • Facility services
  • Proven ability to develop new business and grow customer relationships
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
  • Experience conducting product demonstrations and customer‑facing sales activities
  • Self‑motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a territory
  • Must reside in Wisconsin, or nearby states, and be willing to travel throughout the territory
  • Uncapped commission and bonus opportunity

Employment Structure

This position is classified as a Statutory Employee (W‑2). Unlike a traditional W‑2 role, this position does not include company‑sponsored health insurance or a 401(k) plan. However, employees may be eligible to deduct qualified business expenses, such as mileage and certain work‑related costs, in accordance with IRS guidelines. Candidates are encouraged to consult their tax advisor regarding individual tax benefits and deductions.
