You’ll be responsible for:

• Crushing Sales Numbers:
  Develop strategic plans to secure new business and achieve aggressive sales targets – both individually and for your team.

• Building a Winning Sales Force:
  Recruit, train, and coach top performers, fostering a culture of collaboration and exceeding quotas.

• Strong Customer Relationships:
  Cultivate and maintain strong connections with key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with our combat sports equipment.

• Market Savvy:
  Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and develop winning strategies.

• Operational Excellence:
  Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.

• Brand Champion:
  Promote Combat Corner at industry events and trade shows, expanding our brand awareness and generating leads.

We require:

• Proven success as a Sales Manager, District Manager, or Regional Sales Manager, exceeding targets in B2B sales (Wholesalers, franchises).

• Deep understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with your team, customers, and colleagues.

• A relentless drive to achieve results, consistently exceeding sales goals.

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently and collaboratively.

• Proficiency in Hubspot CRM and other sales productivity tools.
