Position Summary
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth within an assigned geographic territory by developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and leading sales execution efforts.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Achieve or exceed annual and quarterly sales targets, bookings, and margin goals.
- Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within the assigned territory.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, needs analysis, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver high-value solutions.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to leadership.
- Represent company at customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by supporting project handoff and post-sale follow-up.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5–10 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in capital equipment, manufacturing, or industrial solutions.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets in a regional or territory‑based role.
- Experience working with distributors, channel partners, or OEM customers is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office tools, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports and forecasts.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
Pay: $110,000 plus commission. Schedule is hybrid.
