We are a full‑service marketing firm specializing in direct marketing and promotional sales campaigns for companies in the entertainment, electronics, and telecommunications industries. We work with leading retail powerhouses and Fortune 500 companies.

As a Sales and Marketing Consultant, you are the expert who connects customers to the things that matter most in their lives in a direct, retail setting. You strengthen our Fortune 100 clients and brand by delivering an unparalleled customer experience and outcomes that transcend the store visit.

You stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends, providing total sales solutions to the customer. You deliver key performance results in sales and customer satisfaction that are fundamental to our overall strategy and growth, driven by the happiness of each customer's experience.

• Provide a total sales solution to customers regarding their technology needs, including selling the value of our clients’ devices, accessories, and products, maximizing customer connections, saving the customer money, personalizing the experience, and protecting their investment.
• Deliver an outstanding store experience that improves customer loyalty and strengthens the brand overall.
• Meet or exceed key performance objectives that include sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Ensure accurate customer account set‑up so they are ready to use when leaving the store.
• Identify the right solutions to customer billing, technical, and/or account issues.
• Complete all courses in your curriculum path within the required time frames.
• Comply with all operational policies and procedures, including the Sprint Code of Conduct.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of retail sales or related experience.
