Roofing Service Sales Representative

Centi Mark Corporation has an exceptional opportunity for an additional full-time Roofing Service Sales Representative to support our Sales Teams in the greater Milwaukee area. We are looking for a self-starter and energetic individual to develop estimates and grow our business for our fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial roofing company.

Typical earnings for this territory (total of base + commission) are $100k+.

• Work with existing customers and opportunities generated through our National Accounts division.
• Market your efforts through prospecting, perform site inspections, generate proposals, and sell commercial/industrial roofing projects.
• Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare various progress reports for management.
• Visit client facilities, build business relationships and present information about Centi Mark Corporation.
• Attend and represent Centi Mark at marketing functions and events, coordinating efforts with the local team and Regional Area Marketer.

• Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required.
• Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is required.
• Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience is preferred.
• Salesforce CRM experience is preferred.
• Experience in growing market share.
• Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential.
• Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities.
• Excellent time management and follow-up skills.
