Job Overview

Become a Part‑Time HP Retail Sales Associate! Pay: $17.00 per hour.

Schedule:

Up to 15 hours per week, with Saturday and Sunday preferred and flexible Friday options.

• Sell products and services in retail stores, kiosks, and event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and store employees.
• Meet or exceed personal monthly sales goals.
• Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance.
• Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Help customers make selections by building confidence.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results.
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, organized, functional and presentable.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.

• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Meet established monthly/weekly sales quotas.
• Maintain customer/client satisfaction with low rejection rates and complaints.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
