About the PositionAre you an ambitious outbound seller with 1–2 years of experience and a passion for software sales? We need someone ready to accelerate a full‑cycle SaaS account management career and close deals—not just source them for other reps. This temporary role offers full benefits and a clear outcome at the end of six months. Top performers will advance directly into a Software Account Representative (SAR);
exceptional performers may be considered for Senior SAR; those who do not meet expectations may conclude participation at the program’s end.
- Drive outbound outreach and actively create qualified sales opportunities.
- Deliver compelling, value‑driven messaging to SMB and mid‑market prospects.
- Execute structured call, email, and Linked In engagement strategies.
- Partner closely with SAM leaders and sales partners to refine conversion tactics.
- Strengthen your SaaS sales acumen through ongoing coaching, training, and hands‑on platform experience.
- Demonstrate consistent performance within a structured evaluation framework.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of outbound sales experience.
- 2+ years of SaaS experience (preferred).
- Confidence engaging decision makers across phone, email, and social channels.
- Ability to manage high volume, handle objections, and build pipeline.
- Desire to strengthen full‑cycle SaaS sales skills in a closing role.
- Comfort working within structured goals, metrics, and performance expectations.
- Growth mindset and strong coachability.
- Willingness and ability to meet clients face‑to‑face as you grow your network.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Successful completion of pre‑employment screening and required training or orientation courses.
- 6‑month accelerated program focused on outbound software selling.
