Telemarketer - Lead Generation

Prepare for Success is a Tele‑Sales & Tele‑Services company working with organizations across Industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Medical Device, Animal Health, Telecommunications, CPG, Consumer Health, and Senior Care.

We are seeking energetic, dedicated, success‑driven professionals to join our hybrid office/home model team.

• Deliver prepared sales talks, reading scripts that describe products or services to persuade potential customers to purchase or donate.
• Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone for sales or charitable donation solicitations.
• Explain products or services and prices, and answer customer questions.
• Record names, addresses, purchases, and prospect reactions (call outcomes).
• Telephone or write letters to respond to customer correspondence or follow up initial sales contacts.
• Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders in CRM.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or to attend sales presentations.
• Answer telephone calls from potential customers solicited through advertisements.

• Experience in the Tele‑Sales space preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, phone presence, and dedication to customer follow‑up.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM documentation of call outcomes.
• Reliable transportation to and from workplace.
