Salary: $17.00 per hour (base $17‑18) plus monthly uncapped bonuses ranging from $150 to $500.

This is a full‑time, in‑office position, shift 12pm–8pm, Monday–Friday.

• Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads.
• Promote products and services to current and prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Schedule in‑home consultations for customers.
• Participate in weekly training huddles.

• Ability to work afternoons and some weekends.
