This role is for a Senior Account Executive (Business to Business) who will act as a solution seller, identifying opportunities and leveraging TDS’s full complement of hosted and premise‑based VoIP solutions, managed services, and web security to meet customer needs.
LocationTerritory:
Plymouth, WI – Fond du Lac, WI – Sheboygan, WI and Fox Cities (Appleton, Kaukauna, Little Chute, Menasha, Neenah, WI). Prospecting will occur Monday‑Friday, 8 am–5 pm CT.
- Base + commission – target earnings $146,240+ per year.
- $2,000 sign‑on bonus.

- Identify, contact, and build relationships with prospective and existing customers via telephone, in‑person cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Use the TDS CRM system to develop prospecting and sales strategies that drive high activity and effective closing ratios.
- Maintain accurate and timely customer status and forecasting within the CRM for new prospects and the existing strategic customer base.
- Write and submit accurate and timely new customer orders, and manage place moves, adds, changes, and deletions (MACD) for existing customers.
- Conduct sales calls to determine customer needs, understand business challenges, and communicate TDS’s value proposition.
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue growth targets for new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with contacts and lead sources.
- 3+ years of sales experience.
- 2+ years of cold‑calling experience.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑system environment.
- Track record of success in business‑to‑business sales.
- Ability to manage a territory using technology, prioritization, and time‑management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with persuasive ability.
- Strong goal‑setting and execution skills.
- Independent problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word, email, Internet).
- Access to a cell phone.
- Maintain quota levels.
