Service Associate - Milwaukee, WI - Sustainability Solutions

What you will do

• Collect single‑use devices at hospitals within your designated territory.
• Visit all areas of the hospital, including operating rooms, patient floors, patient rooms, electrophysiology and cath labs.
• Engage with hospital staff, OR personnel, supply chain, environmental services, sales representatives, O.R. management, facility champions and hospital administration to provide customer service and education about Stryker Sustainability Solution bins and device collection.
• Partner with supervisors and sales representatives in the territory to build relationships and increase device collections.
• Participate in a positive culture through weekly huddles, annual in‑person meetings and administrative communication.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the sales code of conduct and the Stryker Employee Handbook.
• Perform administrative tasks including receipt growth reporting and collection tracking.

• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with appropriate insurance to travel by car.
• High‑school diploma or GED.
• Personal vehicle usage (drive 80‑100 miles/day depending on territory).
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary credentials at all hospitals within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency with computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI, PowerPoint).

• Medium work:
  Exerting up to 60 pounds of force daily and/or up to 20 pounds continuously, lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Visual acuity (corrected) with color vision, mobility, bending, standing, stooping, and finger dexterity.
• Effective communication via presentation skills, email, and phone.
• Use of common office equipment (PC, Microsoft Office, smartphone).

Compensation and Travel
$21.58 – $29.20 USD hourly
Travel Percentage: 20%
