Insurance Sales Representative

OverviewAdvantage Group are seeking a motivated, client-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will help individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most by offering tailored insurance solutions.
This is a performance-driven opportunity ideal for individuals who excel in relationship-building, enjoy consultative selling, and are driven by uncapped income potential.
What You’ll Do- Prospect and generate new business through referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
- Conduct needs assessments to identify clients’ financial protection goals
- Present and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups and policy reviews
- Guide clients through applications, underwriting, and policy issuance
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM systems
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented, competitive mindset
- Ability to build trust and explain complex products in simple terms
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
- Willingness to obtain or currently hold an insurance license (if required)
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales
- Active insurance license
- Proven success in commission-based or quota-driven environments
