National Channel Sales Manager

A. O. Smith is seeking a National Channel Sales Manager to drive growth of our water heating and treatment portfolio across U.S. distributor and channel partners. In this role, you will own national channel strategy, key distributor relationships, and sales execution to achieve aggressive revenue and margin targets. You will analyze markets and performance data, negotiate pricing and programs, and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations to deliver effective go-to-market plans.

This position suits a performance-driven sales leader experienced in manufacturing or industrial B2B channels. Hybrid role with national travel.
