Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect by using diplomacy and tact.;
Aides athletes by ascertaining their needs and directing them to the golf services area that best meets their needs.;
Ensures each customer receives exceptional service leading to maximized sales by finding the right products and providing creative solutions.;
Demonstrates knowledge of vendors equipment including heads, shafts, and grips.;
Support store services sales by educating the customer on golf club fittings and club repair services; make equipment and accessory recommendations.
