Sales Manager - Mid-Market Packaging Leader
Opportunity with a Fast-Growing Packaging & Printing Specialist
Ready to step into a high-visibility leadership role and scale a fast-growing Midwest packaging facility backed by a global industry leader?
The Role:- Lead commercial growth and regional strategy for a premier folding carton and printing operation.
- Direct local sales efforts while mentoring a high-performing account team.
- Leverage rapid plant capabilities and industry-leading 7-to-14-day lead times to capture market share.
- Work directly with executive leadership to expand footprint across CPG accounts.
- 3+ years of sales management experience in the packaging or CPG industry (MUST HAVE).
- Proven track record of pipeline growth, team leadership, and revenue generation.
- Ability to work in a hybrid schedule (1–2 days per week on-site in Appleton, WI).
- Base Salary: $80k – $125k (flexible for high-performing candidates).
- Multi-layered bonus program tied to plant growth and individual KPIs.
- Uncapped accelerators for exceeding revenue, market share, and margin targets.
