Security Officer - Entry Level

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Officer.

Security license bonus of $150 for applicants with a valid WI security license.

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday 2nd shift 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Full-time, Thursday through Saturday, Monday, 1st shift 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Full-time, Tuesday through Saturday 2nd shift 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Full-time, Friday through Monday 3rd shift 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
  • Full-time, Tuesday through Saturday 3rd shift 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Wage: $17 per hour
• Uniform: provided at no cost

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk whole shift
• Strong written and communication skills
• Must be 21 years of age
• Hold a valid driver’s license and clear MVR record
• Minimum six months experience in security, military, or law enforcement (preferred)
• State license if required
