Tactical Security Officer- Entry Level

Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Tactical Security Officer.

We offer a $150 bonus for candidates who already hold a valid Wisconsin security license.

In this role, you will read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly, using your keen observation skills.

• Full‑time, Friday through Monday, 2nd shift 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. ($32 / hour)
• Full‑time, Tuesday through Saturday, 2nd shift 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. ($40 / hour)
• Full‑time, Friday through Monday, 3rd shift 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. ($32 / hour)

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on‑site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• First‑aid certification is an asset.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and a clear MVR record.
• Minimum six months of security, military, or law‑enforcement experience.
• State license, if required, is a plus.
