As an Armored Security Guard, you are part of a two‑person route team responsible for safely servicing customers along a daily armored route. This role is more than just driving. You will handle cash, service ATMs and equipment, follow strict security procedures, and work closely with your teammate to ensure every stop is completed safely, accurately, and professionally.
Responsibilities- Drive armored vehicle safely and maintain a clean driving record
- Handle cash and finance transactions accurately
- Service ATMs, gaming machines, vaults, and other equipment
- Follow all security procedures, safety protocols, and compliance requirements
- Operate and ride in armored vehicle safely under training
- Support teammate and maintain professional service at all stops
- Maintain and support operational security, including FOID card and DSPS Security Permit
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background checks and DOT requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
- Reliable, professional, and detail‑oriented
- Comfortable handling cash and servicing ATMs and equipment such as gaming machines and vaults
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid FOID card (Wisconsin) and Security Permit (DSPS)
- Prior experience protecting team members, customers, and company assets is a plus but not required
- Security or firearm experience helpful; training provided
- High school diploma or GED required
- Veteran status encouraged
- Base pay $18–$23 per hour, with potential to earn $25+ per hour for top performers
- Quarterly bonus: $750 – $3,000
