Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and other security-related policies at a manufacturing and industrial location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details to site leadership and/or emergency personnel when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and policy concerns;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted or operational areas
