Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter.;
Monitor access to the location by observing entrances and exits, verifying authorized personnel and visitors, and reporting unusual activity.;
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
