Based in Wisconsin with travel in‑state & occasional out‑of‑state. Consolidated Construction Co. Inc. is hiring a Carpenter to join our Rough Carpentry Division. If you’re a skilled framer who takes pride in high‑quality craftsmanship and wants to be part of a strong, supportive team, we’d love to have you on board.

• Work alongside an experienced and energetic framing crew on commercial projects.

• Enjoy variety in your day—from local work to travel-based projects across Wisconsin and beyond.

• Perform commercial framing carpentry tasks with accuracy and craftsmanship.
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Support the crew in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient job site.
• Communicate effectively with foremen and team members.
• Travel to job sites across Wisconsin and occasionally out of state.

• Proven experience in commercial framing carpentry is highly preferred but we are willing to train highly motivated individuals.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Wisconsin and occasionally out of state.
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull 50–100 lbs consistently.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
