Field Electrical Lead – Capital Equipment(50%-75% Travel)
- 3 or more years of hands‑on experience in complex commercial or industrial environments is a requirement for this position

- Pay is $35 - $40 per hour

All fabrication is done in‑house.
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, controls, and equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical issues by interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to diagnose and determine proper solutions
- Perform on‑site maintenance and system startups for new equipment
- Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC), safety protocols, and company procedures
- Collaborate with other trades and provide exceptional customer service
- 3 or more years of experience in the electrical trade, with a focus on industrial or commercial projects
- Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team on a variety of tasks
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and using electrical diagnostic tools
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel 50-75% of the time, with a valid passport for international travel
- Must have a clean criminal background due to customer safety policies
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or possess a green card
