Q3C is looking for CDL laborers to join our Restoration Team in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
Asphalt and Landscape LaborersAsphalt and Landscape laborers perform manual labor directed by the foreman. Duties include concrete patch work, sod restoration, blacktop, asphalt, and other restoration tasks.
Concrete LaborersConcrete laborers handle hand and power tool tasks such as site preparation, trench digging, brace setting, rubble removal, form building and dismantling, grading, and construction site cleanup. They also assist in aligning, straightening, plumb, and square forms, and build, prepare, form, and pour ADA‑compliant ramps that meet inspection requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Follow company policies and procedures
- Be dependable and capable of performing physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Restore a project to the same or better condition
- Treat fellow workers, clients, and their customers with respect
- Prior construction knowledge is helpful but not required
- Understand and work safely within zones around equipment such as backhoes, bore rigs, and air compressors
- Use close, distance, and peripheral vision as required for safety
- Possession of a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to work overtime as dictated by workload volumes
- Lift and/or move 50 pounds daily and continuously
- Stand, walk—primarily on uneven surfaces—and perform turning, stooping, kneeling, crouching, speaking, and hearing continuously
- Employees will be subjected to outside weather conditions
- Exposure to wet, humid, cold, and hot conditions is possible
- Noise levels can be loud
- Employees may be exposed to slow or fast moving traffic
Pay and benefits are determined by union contract.

Compensation: $32.81 per hour
