Field Service Technician – Stevens Point, WI. Field engineers or service technicians who are tech‑savvy, have mechanical aptitude, and can provide best‑in‑class service to large retail customers.

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment, including self‑checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Conduct maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls.
• Communicate openly and effectively to identify and resolve issues before they arise.

• Local candidate to the geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with specific hardware and operating system.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged travel, driving several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts, flexible shift work within set teams.
• Capacity to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment up to 75 lbs. without assistance, and up to 150 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, and manipulate objects of varying size.

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
• A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification.
• One or more years of related experience.

• Hourly Pay Range: $18 to $20, depending on location and experience levels.
• Overtime available at time and a half.
• 7 paid holidays and 6 paid floating holidays.
• Paid vacation – up to 80 hours in your first year.
