The position will be responsible for operating and maintaining crushing equipment, medium to large end loaders and working on a crushing crew.. High attention to detail and safety focused are required.

* High school diploma or equivalent is required
* Valid Class D Driver’s license required
* Ability to operate forklifts and end-loaders preferred
* Knowledge of heavy equipment and aggregate crushing spreads.
* Ability to use effective written and/or oral communication skills
* Ability to learn new technologies and keep up to date with current standards
