Position Summary
As a Crew Member, you will work alongside experienced field crews on a variety of construction and utility projects including underground utilities, fiber installation, excavation, site preparation, and infrastructure development. This is a hands‑on position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to grow with a company that invests in its people.
What You’ll DoAssist with construction, excavation, and utility installation projects. Operate hand tools and assist with equipment setup and cleanup. Support crews with trenching, site preparation, and material handling. Follow all company safety procedures and jobsite protocols. Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally. Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic on every jobsite. Represent the company with professionalism and respect in the field.
$15 - $20 an hour
