Job Responsibilities
Install, maintain, repair, troubleshoot and evaluate heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment, as well as related equipment such as unit ventilators, air handlers, furnaces, steam traps, and exhaust equipment. Install and rebuild compressors, various pumps. Install, repair, calibrate and set up pneumatic and electronic climate control systems. Troubleshoot and repair all phases of boiler operations, including controls, gas and safety valves, brickwork, piping, and combustion analysis.
Assume other duties as directed by HVAC Foreman or Maintenance Director. Operate and maintain District Buildings.
