Position: Concrete Finisher / Flatwork

In this role, you will be responsible for finishing concrete surfaces, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and durability.

Responsibilities Prepare and set up work areas for concrete pouring and finishing.

Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications.

Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools and power tools to achieve a smooth and even finish.

Inspect finished surfaces for quality and make necessary adjustments.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on the job site.

Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure project timelines are met.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Assist in the training of new team members as needed.

Qualifications Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and tools.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
