Gutter Pro; Installer

As a Gutter Pro (Installer) at Timberland Seamless Gutters, you’ll be responsible for installing seamless gutters with precision and craftsmanship. This position requires hard work, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality work. You’ll be working directly with homeowners to ensure that their gutter systems are installed to the highest standards, providing protection and enhancing the exterior of their homes.

• Install seamless gutters, downspouts, soffit and fascia
• Work safely on ladders and roofs
• Deliver top-notch craftsmanship and customer service
• Keep a clean job site and a professional attitude

• Install seamless gutters with attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Use company-provided tools and equipment to complete installations efficiently
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Communicate with homeowners and team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Be accountable for timely and accurate work, meeting installation deadlines
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized on job sites

• Previous experience in gutter installation is a plus, but not required
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy materials
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Competitive pay with earnings between $60K-$150K+ annually, based on skill, effort, and results
