Maintenance Technician – HVAC Experience Preferred

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with strong HVAC experience to support the operation of our hotel, restaurants, meeting spaces, and guest facilities. This role is ideal for a skilled technician who enjoys troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and working in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment and building systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Monitor and maintain guest room HVAC units and central plant equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests throughout the property
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general facility repairs as needed
- Support renovation projects and capital improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable codes
What We're Looking For
- HVAC experience required; certification preferred
- Experience with commercial or hospitality HVAC systems is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and exceptional service
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environments
