Field Service Technician II - Northern WI

NCR Atleos, headquartered in Atlanta, is a leader in expanding financial access, serving financial institutions and retailers worldwide. We are currently hiring for a Field Service Technician II located in Northern, Wisconsin.

As a Field Service Technician II, you will serve as the first line of response to our customers, delivering best‑in‑class service and support for electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self‑checkout systems. You will operate independently within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and effective installation, maintenance, and repair.

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self‑checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Conduct maintenance repairs and system overhauls.
• Manage network faults, traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access.
• Provide first‑line resolution and proactive triage of customer issues.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

• Local candidate to the specified geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies fleet requirements.
• Basic PC, electronic, and operating system skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Capacity to carry, lift (up to 50 lbs.), bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, and manipulate tools, parts, and equipment.

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
• CompTIA A+ or N+ certification.
• One or more years of related experience.

• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Considerable lifting, carrying, and physical activity within a 50‑lb weight limit.

Salary range: $40,800.00 to $59,200.00, depending on experience.
