As a Forklift Field Service Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers by:
- Diagnosing electro-mechanical issues, completing installations, and performing both unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance based on customer requirements.
- Analyzing breakdown situations, recommending corrective actions to customers, and executing repairs efficiently and professionally.
- Demonstrating professionalism and fostering positive relationships with customers while delivering superior customer service.
Technical expertise, proficiency in reading schematics, maps, blueprints, and manuals, coupled with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and material handling equipment.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to exchange information courteously, and a commitment to exceptional customer relations.
Competency in safely operating various equipment and personal hand tools, coupled with the ability to leverage available support resources effectively.
A high school diploma/GED along with one to three years of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic experience in a similar environment or equivalent vocational education. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
