Concrete Construction Technician
$18–$25+/Hour
Work 12 Months a Year, 15%–20% Year-End Bonus & Retirement, Full-Time | Commercial & Agricultural Projects

What You’ll Do- Set forms for footings, foundations, and flatwork
- Pour, level, and finish concrete for floors, sidewalks, slabs, and agricultural buildings
- Ensure proper grading, reinforcement, and quality on every project
- Assist with erecting pre-engineered and wood-frame buildings
- Install roofing, siding, insulation, flashing, and other exterior materials
- Perform rough and finish carpentry as needed
- Frame interior walls and install doors, trim, and other finish work
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Pride in producing quality work
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Construction or concrete experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
