Associate Field Service Representative

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking an Associate Field Service Representative in Appleton, WI.

Expected annual salary: $56,000 – $83,000.

Salary is a general guideline; final offer based on qualifications.

This role is designated as a Regular Driver per Eaton’s Driver Safety Policy and requires a current, unrestricted driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record. Candidates will be subject to a motor vehicle record check upon hire.

• Provide field service assistance by performing installation, startup, maintenance, repair, and modification of electrical power distribution equipment.
• Assist office personnel and field service team with assigned tasks.
• Help with shipping and receiving.
• Perform warehousing and material handling.
• Prepare materials, test equipment, and tools for jobs.
• Manage stock and special order inventory.
• Maintain records and perform data entry for reports.

• Proficient computer skills.
• Knowledge of safety precautions for electrical/electronic equipment.
• Ability to provide service and represent company interests in customer relationships.
• Valid driver’s license for fleet vehicle operation.
• Work variable hours, including nights and weekends, and travel within district/state/region/country.
• Complete and maintain compliance with Eaton’s safety program and policy.
• Pass periodic background and drug screenings.
• Physical tasks: stand, walk, stoop, squat, kneel, lift/carry up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 50 lbs.

• High School Diploma or higher.
• Work in the US without corporate sponsorship now or in future.
• Within 50‑mile radius of Appleton; active‑Duty military exempt.

• 2‑year technical degree or similar military training experience.
• Minimum 2 years electrical or mechanical industry experience.
• Experience in basic testing and servicing electrical distribution systems.
• Forklift or industrial equipment operation.
• Wiring diagram reading and schematic understanding.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Work well under time constraints and in stressful situations.
• Collaborate effectively with team.
• Problem‑solving and logical thinking skills.
• Valid TWIC card.
• Valid driver’s license.
