Lift Truck Operator

• Receiving: 6 AM–2 PM, Monday–Friday
• Warehouse: 8 AM–4 PM, Monday–Friday

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (sit‑down, stand‑up, automated) to package products into cartons or shipping cases.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and rail cars; move materials to and from storage areas and machines.
• Execute daily safety checks on equipment, report defects, keep the work area clean, and secure loads properly.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners and organize stock for efficient movement and rotation.
• Check trucking manifests, bills of lading, and document the arrival, departure, and movement of goods.
• Perform quality assurance checks, report product damage or shortages, and rotate stock to follow first‑in‑first‑out.
• Promote safety initiatives and make safety the top priority.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience operating sit‑down and stand‑up forklifts; ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

• Previous manufacturing facility experience.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
