• $20–30/hour depending on experience, skills, certifications, and licensing. Experienced installers, CDL holders, and candidates with electrical experience may qualify for higher starting wages.

In this role, with the use of a boom/crane truck/lift, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of signage and exterior lighting, including:

• Channel letters
• Monument & Pylon signs
• LED Conversions
• Interior Signage
• Wall Wraps
• Vehicle Graphics w/ potential to Wrap Vehicles
• Digital Message Center Displays
• Parking Lot & Building Lights

• Reading work orders and layouts and documenting completion notes and photos.
• Electrical troubleshooting and replacing lamps, ballasts, LED, neon transformers
• Maintaining a clean truck and work area
• Assist in loading trucks and transporting signage to job sites
• Perform site preparation including digging, painting, concrete work, and other installation‑related tasks.

Sign Installer Experience Preferred, but will train motivated individuals with experience in construction, electrical, welding, commercial maintenance, or other skilled trades.

• Valid Driver’s License w/Ability to obtain a CDL
• Ability to work safely at heights or in confined spaces while adhering to safety protocols
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds
• Must have a strong work ethic, good attitude and be a team player who takes accountability for own actions
