Branch Skilled - Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd shift

Position Title:

Maintenance Mechanic Wage: $25.85-$42.30/hour

Hours:

2:30pm-11:00pmSeeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support manufacturing operations on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure maximum uptime, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently while supporting a highly tenured and employee-focused maintenance team. This is a direct hire opportunity in Walworth, WI.Maintenance

Mechanic Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on manufacturing and production equipment

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective repair solutions

Work independently to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks efficiently

Support production uptime by responding quickly to equipment breakdowns

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment

Document maintenance activities as required

Collaborate with maintenance and production teams as needed

Maintenance Mechanic Requirements:

Prior experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or Industrial Maintenance Technician Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

Experience working with industrial production equipment

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailIND
